New Pro+ and Pro+ Cyber features for 2026

By Allstate Identity Protection

At Allstate Identity Protection, we’re constantly evolving our plans to help protect our members and expand the boundaries of identity and scam protection. Discover the new features we’ve added to our Pro+ and Pro+ Cyber plans in 2026, as well as what to expect in 2027.

Identity and scam protection isn’t a static concept. It needs to shift, grow, and expand as criminals evolve their fraud tactics, but it also needs to grow beyond traditional boundaries to deliver new features that help members protect themselves from other threats and make their lives easier and safer.

Here at Allstate Identity Protection, we’re always finding new ways to protect our members and deliver on our mission of providing comprehensive protection that is up to any challenge. When it comes to threats facing consumers, identity theft continues to pose a significant challenge—but scams are now more common and more convincing than ever.

2026 marked our evolution from identity protection to identity and scam protection, and we're just getting started. To help you understand how we’re evolving our protection, here’s a quick summary of the features we added to our Pro+ and Pro+ Cyber plans in 2026, as well as a sneak peek at what’s coming in 2027. And the best part? These features are being added to our plans at no additional cost.

New Pro+ features in 2026

For many members, nothing is more important than their families—and their family's safety. That’s why our two new features for our Pro+ plan are designed to give members the tools they need to help their families live their best lives.

Child credit assistance

Although identity theft is primarily reported by adults, criminals also target children in their quest for a big payout. In fact, the Federal Trade Commission (FTC) reported that over 1.1 million children were impacted by identity theft in 2024, or about 1 in 50 children. And without the right tools, it can be difficult for parents to detect the signs of child identity theft.

That’s why we added our child credit assistance feature, which enables parents to initiate a 1-1 coaching session during which they can check if their child has a credit file, a potential sign of child identity theft. If a credit file is found, one of our experts will guide the member through the process of addressing the issue.

Talkspace Go

Parents and caregivers do everything they can to promote their family’s physical health but often don’t have access to the support or resources they need to promote their loved ones’ mental health. And with 60 percent of teens experiencing suicidal ideation and 21 million U.S. adults experiencing at least one depressive episode each year, having access to mental health resources is important for Americans of all ages.

With access to Talkspace Go through our partnership with Bark, members with a family plan can access resources that may be tailored to their needs. Talkspace Go’s mental health platform can help both adults and teens manage stress, anxiety, burnout, and more with features like self-guided programs, therapist-led content, workshops, and other resources. This enables them to get the help they need before reaching a breaking point.

New Pro+ Cyber features for 2026

We’ve added several features to our Pro+ Cyber plan to help members defend themselves and their families against scams, as well as better protect their information in the digital realm.

Allstate Scam Protection℠

To help protect our members from the rising tide of scams and fraud, we launched our newest solution, Allstate Scam Protection. This new solution includes several tools and features to not only help prevent scams but also recover from them. This includes:

  • $50,000 in reimbursement coverage for scams, digital crimes, and social engineering: If you authorized the payment yourself, there's a good chance your bank won't reimburse you, even if it turns out to be a scam. That's where this new coverage can help members can recoup up to $50,0000 of their financial losses from scams and other digital crimes with no limit on the number of annual claims they can make. This reimbursement coverage also covers stolen cryptocurrency, as well as ransomware payments made to hackers and costs associated with system restoration.

  • Email threat scan: This feature scans a member’s inbox for scams and malicious links, alerting them to suspected scams.

  • Scam takedown: Part of our email threat scan feature, members can report scam websites found in these emails to our team, who will work to have them taken down.

Data removal

The digital world is a gateway to a nearly endless supply of services, products, and capabilities. But each product purchased or service signed up for requires consumers to provide their data, which can end up in the hands of data brokers. These data brokers can sell that data without their knowledge. They can also experience a data breach, leading to the theft of that data and exposing them to digital threats like phishing, scams, and identity theft.

To help address this challenge, Allstate Identity Protection launched data removal. This tool automatically scans, finds, and removes member information from hundreds of data broker sites, providing a way for members to help protect their data and insulate themselves from threats. If a site rejects a removal request or your information reappears later, the tool continues to follow up with the site and submit requests so members don’t have to shoulder the responsibility themselves.

$100,000 cyberbullying coverage

Social media and the internet have helped children stay connected like never before. However, these connections can take a dark turn when children use the internet to bully others, also known as cyberbullying. Unfortunately, cyberbullying is incredibly common—in fact, 57 percent of children experience cyberbullying in 2024 alone.

Recovering from cyberbullying can be a challenge for parents, requiring significant resources and funding. That’s why Allstate Identity Protection has added $100,000 cyberbullying covering to our Pro+ Cyber plan. This coverage helps parents with many of the costs associated with cyberbullying recovery, such as investigating the incident, mental health services, and more.

One application with mobile scam alerts

Providing comprehensive protection is only a piece of the puzzle—we also want to make that protection as easy as possible to use and access. We previously had separate applications for our VPN and device protection features.

To make it easier to access these features, we’ve bundled them into a single application, the AIP Device Security app. We’ve also included our proactive scam protection in the app as well, which is designed to automatically filter harmful or malicious texts messages, calendar invites, and links.

H2: New Pro+ features for 2027

We’ve got some exciting new features coming in 2027 to deliver a more intuitive, supportive, and comprehensive experience for our members. Here’s what we have coming for our Pro+ plan, as well as our Pro+ Cyber plan:

  • Scam Safety Center: Staying up to date on the latest scams can be a challenge, so we’re creating an online resource hub where members can learn about the latest fraud schemes, get expert advice on what to do if they suspect they’ve encountered a scam, and more.

  • 24/7 human chat: We understand that the ability to speak with a human expert can make all the difference—that’s why we’re giving our members the ability to chat with our team of specialists so they can access expert guidance, get answers to questions about specific features, and more, anytime they need.

  • Personalized onboarding: By filling out a quick survey at the start of the onboarding process, first-time users can get a customized list of recommended features and services to activate first to immediately protect what matters most to them.

New Pro + Cyber features for 2027

But that’s not all—we’ve also got some incredible new features coming to our Pro+ Cyber plan that are designed to help people manage their digital lives more proactively and make scams, fraud, and other threats less likely to show up in the first place. Here’s a sneak peek at what’s coming:

Trustworthy: With a digital household assistant powered by Trustworthy, our members will be able to easily secure, store, organize, and access their important documents, keep them up to date with reminders when a document is expiring, and simplify sharing them with family members and professionals.

Enhanced email threat scan: To take Allstate Scam Protection even further, we’re enhancing our email threat scan feature to recognize scam-related language and other markers associated with scam emails

Personalized scam alerts: This new Allstate Scam Protection feature is designed to act as a digital warning system by tracking emerging scam patterns and notifying members who may be connected to the organizations, behaviors, or trends being targeted.
